These are all of the props and pieces that I created in order to build up the ruined interior space of "The Amarantos Ritual".

The work seen here was meant to be a practice in getting used to Nanite. It was the first time I worked in UE5 and my main interest was how much I can push geometry detail and what was a good trade off between geometry file size, texture file size and unique textures vs reused tiling libraries. I learned some valuable things through the project.

I made my spiral in Niagara. Through the dev of the scene a new update in UE5 released. It included Niagara Cache and the above video showcases the use of that. It allowed me to bake down the Niagara movement and scrub a timeline of it.
The initial inspiration for my project was the orb in the middle that I created in Houdini. I made that as a practice in vertex animated textures (VAT). Later on I replaced it for the crystal as I believed I needed some more substance and detail.
