"The Amarantos Ritual" is my newest UE5 environment. This album looks at the crystal prop that is the center piece of my composition.

In this prop I tried to push myself with the level of detail and realism that I could deliver. The prop was started in Blender, moved into Zbrush for detail pass and then lightly decimated and imported in Unreal as a dense Nanite mesh.
⠀⠀
I've textured it using a pipeline that combines unique texture sets in some spots and heavy tiling textures in other spots. I strived to have a very cinematic and highly detailed prop work that still runs optimized for real time games using Nanite and Lumen.
⠀⠀
The alien character is created by I.L.E.P STUDIOS.

While making the project, I wrote blog posts about its creation. In blog number four you can see further behind the scenes from the making of the crystal. https://petedimitrovart.com/p/amarantos-004/
